Dibenzoyl Peroxide is an initiator for (co)polymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, vinylacetate, (meth)acrylates. Curing agent for unsaturated polyester resins . 

We supply different concentrations and peroxide formulation , to accommodate various process needs, such as  75% powder , 50% paste foam and powder .

● Used for the polymerization of styrene , (meth)acrylonitrile, vinylacetate, 

tetrafluoroethylene, divinylbenzene, para-methylstyrene and diallyl phthalate.

● Used for curing unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and acrylic thermoset resins at ambient or slightly elevated temperatures. 

● Used in conjuction with tertiary amine accelerators at ambient conditions such as cast 

polymer, panels, chemical anchors and mine bolts and RTM.

XJ-BPO50PS50±1 %paste suspension in phthalate 3.20-3.37 %

Used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature .

Paste is easier and safer to apply than powdered dibenzoyl peroxide , since it can be added directly to resins.

XJ-BPO50PW50±1 %powder 3.20-3.37 %

Used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins and acrylic resins at ambient and elevated temperatures.

It is easy to handle, easy to disperse and dissolves quickly in unsaturated polyester resins and acrylic resins.
