Application

TACH is an organic peroxide ideal for medium-temperature processes, typically between 90°C and 130°C. It’s commonly used as an initiator, cross-linking agent, and curing agent in various industrial applications. This colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid is typically available at an 80±1% concentration. Depending on the specific requirements, TACH can be blended into a 50% solution with isododecane or dibutyl phthalate, or into a 25% solution using ethylbenzene and mineral oil. Custom formulations can also be provided based on client needs.

● XJ-TACH80 widely used as a polymerization initiator for bulk styrene polymerization at temperatures ranging from 90°C to 120°C. It also acts as an initiator for copolymerization processes involving styrene, acrylonitrile, acrylates, and methacrylates.

● XJ-TACH80 is a highly efficient curing agent for unsaturated polyesters (UP resins), making it ideal for pultrusion, SMC, DMC, and BMC molding processes. Its excellent catalytic performance in SMC and BMC processes ensures superior results.

XJ-TACH80 grade is equivalent to Nouryon Trigonox 122 .
