XJ-BIPB peroxide is a bifunctional peroxide which is used for the crosslinking of natural rubber and synthetic rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing BIPB peroxide have excellent scorch safety, and under certain conditions one step mixing is possible . BIPB peroxide is a reliable initiator of styrene and polypropylene with controlled rheology polymerization . It can offer CR-PP materials with a high melt flow index and a consistent molecular structure, which are critical for high-performance applications.
XJ-BIBP-40BC is a 40% concentration of BIPB in inorganic carrier, suitable for high-performance rubber products with odorless, high crosslinking temperature and high peroxide group content. This product can be used in chlorinated polyethylene, EPDM rubber, EVA copolymer, silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, fluororubber .It is also can be used for PP decreasing ,during operation the resulting pungent odor is small.
